The lead architect, Chris Chapman, worked with their client to outline a brief, which included a minimum of new construction but included heavy refurbishment of the majority of the spaces, including an extensive joinery package that included the kitchen, master suite, wine storage, and bathrooms.

Britannicus Stone worked closely with the chosen building contractor to deliver this interior refurbishment package that transformed the house into one of the most desirable properties in Wimbledon.
