Flint House is a domestic dwelling on the Waddesdon Estate, Buckinghamshire, England. It was commissioned by Jacob Rothschild, 4th Baron Rothschild, and completed in 2015, winning that year's RIBA House of the Year Award.
The Flint House consists of three bedrooms, a dining room, kitchen, library, and study, with a self-contained annex studio, of 465 and 115 sqm respectively. Britannicus Stone supplied the dark stone, Moorcroft, which was used throughout the main part of the house.
